When a bride contacts us about on location wedding day hair and makeup, we like to suggest that they first do a trial run. Taking the time to do a trial run is important becsue it allows the bride an opportunity to try out different ideas, while at the same time it gives the artist a chance to become familiar with the client and their overall vision. When getting together for the initial consultation, we look over and discuss pictures so that on the day of the trial we have a palette of ideas to work from. Often times what a bride initially has in mind is not when she ends up choosing, and often times when a bride chooses something during the trial, it is not what she end up sticking with on her wedding day.

We always urge our clients to express any and all things they are not %100 happy with even if its something they don't realize till a few weeks later. At OffWhite we stick strongly by our policy that if a bride is not happy with the decisions she made during her trial, she can always come back free of charge for another run through. We want every client to have exactly what they envision and can confidently say, we will do whatever we can to make sure that happens.
